Stuffed Peppers


  • 1 lb cooked meat
  • Spices of your choice
  • ½ an onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • Tomato juice (amount varies)
  • Mozzarella cheese

Description: A soft and creamy gold souffle of wonderful corn.


  1. Dice your onion, and hollow out your peppers, dicing any extra pepper you have.
  2. In a pan cook your beef along with onion and spices.
  3. Once meat is nearly finished, mix in egg, and rice. Pack mixture into each pepper.
  4. Place your peppers in a large pot. Any extra meat can be placed in alongside them.
  5. Pour in marinara sauce, and tomato juice until peppers are nearly submerged.
  6. Simmer on low heat for one hour or until peppers and meat are cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top each pepper.
