Polish Salad


  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 apples
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 jar pickles
  • Half an onion
  • 1 can of peas
  • 1 can cubed carrots
  • Sour cream
  • Dill
  • Non Greek non vanilla, plane yogurt

Description: A refreshing, creamy, and crisp salad that combines the best of Poland in one dish.


  1. Hard boil your 6 eggs.
  2. Start a pot of boiling salted water and peel your potatoes. Once peeled, submerge in boiling water.
  3. Chop your apples, pickles, and onion into small cubes.
  4. Once eggs are hard boiled, and potatoes are soft, cube and mix with the apples, pickles, and onions.
  5. Create the sauce in a separate bowl. Mix equal parts yogurt and sour cream. Add dill and salt to taste.
  6. Serve with a scoop of salad and a scoop of sauce on top.
