Pasta Salad


  • 16oz (1 box) tri colored pasta
  • 8 or 16 oz small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lb diced precooked ham
  • 1 or 2 heads of broccoli
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 8oz shredded or chunked cheese
  • 10oz of grated carrots (or as many as you like)
  • 8oz zesty italian dressing (half a bottle)
  • 8oz catalina dressing (half a bottle)

Description: Pasta Salad is a savory cold pasta dish. Perfect as a side to any lunch or dinner meal. It creates a crisp refreshing taste contrary to the warm or creamy taste of general pasta dishes.


  1. Start a pot of boiling water and boil your pasta.
  2. While the pasta cooks, cut your tomatoes into halves or quarters and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  3. After the pasta is tender, strain and rinse with cold water and place in a bowl. Mix in tomatoes, ham, broccoli, chickpeas, cheese, and carrots.
  4. Squirt 1 bottle of dressing over your pasta, mix and incorporate throughout, and set in the refrigerator until it's chilled.
