Macaroni & Cheese Cake


  • half an onion
  • 1 lb of pasta
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tbsp ground mustard
  • .5 tbsp smoked paprika
  • .5 lb + 8oz shredded cheese
  • 5 eggs

Description: Combining the savory cheesy greatness of macaroni with the sliceable servability of a cake. It's a literal macaroni & cheese cake.


  1. Preheat oven 350f
  2. Chop half the onion into dices
  3. Boil pasta until tender
  4. While the pasta boils, cook onions on the stove and add cream and flour. Then add ground mustard and smoked paprika. Once mixed add half pound shredded cheese. melt together.
  5. Grease and prepare a cake bundt pan.
  6. Mix 5 eggs together with a tsp of salt. Mix eggs into the cheese mixture along with the cooked pasta and then add mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Cook for 50 minutes at 350 F.
  8. Once done, let cool and flip the pan.
  9. For the sauce mix 1/4 cup of cream with another 8 oz shredded cheese. Add extra milk or cheese to thin to desired thickness. pour over the top of the bundt cake.
