Directions:
Chop your onion and peppers and simmer them in a large pot on medium heat.
While the peppers cook, add your choice of ground meat.
While the meat and vegetables cook together add your spices (paprika, chili powder, salt pepper). Break apart the meat with a spatula while it cooks.
Once the meat is nearly finished, add both cans of beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato soup.
Turn the heat on low and let it simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Serve hot and add optional cheese, sour cream, shallots, or fried onions on top.
