Corn Souffle


Ingredients

  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 8.5 oz jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8oz sour cream
  • 8oz shredded cheese (optional)

Description: A soft and creamy gold souffle of wonderful corn.


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400f.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a glass or oven safe pan. Souffle should be about 3/4 inch deep.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
