Buffalo Chicken Salad


  • 16oz (1 box) pasta
  • 8oz ranch dressing (half a bottle)
  • 8oz buffalo sauce (half a bottle)
  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • Celery
  • 8oz Miracle whip
  • 10oz of grated carrots
  • 4oz goat cheese crumbles

Description: Buffalo chicken salad. It's chicken salad, but better with more spice and cream!


  1. Start a pot of boiling water and submerge pasta.
  2. In the meantime cook or thaw chicken and shred when fully cooked.
  3. Chop celery, shred carrots, and prepare your sauces.
  4. Once the pasta is tender, cool under cold water and empty into a large bowl. Add in chicken, celery, cheese crumbles, and carrots.
  5. In equal parts add in ranch dressing and buffalo sauce and miracle whip to taste.
