American Goulash


  • 16oz pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • ½ onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Salt & Pepper

Description: A great twist on the conventional spaghetti and meatballs but with the same great taste.


  1. Boil a pot of water and begin cooking your pasta of choice.
  2. In the meantime chop onions and peppers.
  3. Heat a pan on the stove and add in your peppers and onions, along with the ground beef, pepper, and salt.
  4. Once the meat is cooked, and the pasta soft, drain pasta and mix the two. Mix in your tomato sauce, and cheese.
